Happy Birthday, Nancy!

April Fool?  No, it really is Nancy's birthday, and she spent most of today on the phone, including during our ride to Arizona City to share dinner with Quail Run friends, Snookie and Bob and Lenny and Ginny. There's the Snookster with her camera! Nancy and George have been traveling all over the U.S. since leaving Quail Run last spring, so hugs all around.  Don, Lenny, and Lavon. We had such a good time catching up.  The folks at Chris's were great and we were allowed to stay and visit for at least an hour after we finished our meal.  Our waitress was super and we tipped her extra for her service. Snookie was able to secretly get a message to the waiter that it's Nancy's birthday.  After our meal, they brought out individual cup cakes and ice cream for everyone and we all sang "Happy Birthday" to her. When we got up to leave.... Bob!! What's that stripe down the middle of the top of your head???  The ball cap he wears all the time allows the sun to shine through right on top.  I don't care who you are, that's funny. We didn't want to part. We even stood outside by Bob and Snookie's new truck and talked for a while. We are so blessed to have met such wonderful friends.
