We heard it hit around ten o’clock this morning. (At least I had already ‘walked away the pounds.’) Winds gusts up to fifty miles per hour. And with misting rain.
Joel and Linda came over for lunch and an afternoon of card playing. They also brought grass-fed New York strip steaks! Don braved the wind and grilled them and we enjoyed a delicious lunch inside the warm Q.
Man! It’s windy today. And cold. Well, cold for south Texas. It’s going to be freezing by morning.
Tonight was our Thursday night Bible study… also a wonderful time of fellowship and discussion.
