Don and I went to church this morning. It's another beautiful day here in Texas. We drove past this golf course on the way home from church and thought of Rick & Wendy and Bud & Shelley, Quail Run friends.
Don put a Southwest Roast on in the Crock Pot before we left for church and we dropped the potato casserole off at Leslie's for her to put in the oven in time for it to be ready for lunch. We enjoyed lunch out on the patio again, in the warm sunshine, as it was a cool day. It was rather bright.
Emma kept Don entertained, during commercials during the Masters Golf Tournament. He was doing a wonderful job of "pretend" with Pook. You should have heard his Piglet dialogue. Hilarious! That's a heart sticker on her cheek.
Leslie and the kids took Khalil to the airport a little before 4:00 PM. It's back to work in Corpus Christi for him.
We, mostly Leslie & Billie, finished getting the rooms cleared where the carpet is to be cleaned and stretched tomorrow.
