Forgiveness

^{Luke 23:34a} Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.”

This was the text the Lord gave Don as he preached a powerful message about forgiveness, this morning.  There were more than a few tears as we looked at what Jesus did for us and were challenged to forgive as we have been forgiven.

We know that God will use His Word to touch hearts and change lives.  Our prayer is that God will continue to soften hearts and draw people to Himself.

Dennis and Sally invited us to lunch at the Echo buffet in Edinburg, just a few miles north of us.  We always enjoy time we get to spend with them.  The conference/dining area was decorated.
