Week One… completed

I am thrilled to report that after the first week of being a Take Shape for Life participant, I have lost 7.2 pounds!!!

I can’t believe how easy it was.  I eat six meals a days!

I was never hungry or tired or grumpy or anything but satisfied with the outcome of my first week.  I couldn’t wait for my health coach to call me so I shot her a text message.  Carolyn called me almost immediately, shouting, “wooohooo!!!!”

Onward to week two!!
