Logan ran in a jog-a-thon at his school this morning. It’s funny how kids this age don’t understand about jogging. They only have two speeds: walking and sprinting. Logan mostly sprinted for around twenty laps.
Logan stops to get his card marked each lap. This time, Stephanie marks his card.
Early afternoon found us at Madison’s softball game in Bixby. Maddie is a sophomore and a really good athlete. It runs in the family. Maddie, through the fence.
Maddie got at least two hits and walked once. Also, scored twice.
It was a win for Maddie’s team!
A good picture of Madison (right) and teammate.
Taylor getting instructions for the mac and cheese from Steph who was at Logan’s football practice.
Before dinner, Don and I sat out on the patio watching Sam and Rudy until it got too cool to sit out.
Stephanie smoked a brisket all day, made baked mac and cheese (yummmm), cold slaw, ranch beans, Texas toast, and Don added brats on the smoker. Dinner was way-over-the-top-delicious!

What do you mean, "until it got to cold to sit out?" If it's cold there, send some this way! It has been over 100 degrees every day since we have been in AZ. We do our walking at night and it still is in the 90's. So glad you are having a great time with family! Love and miss you two!
Beautiful grand kids! Proud Grandparents!
