Texas Rangers are making history.

A travel trailer with a back porch.  How cute is that?  It’s parked with the patio facing the lake.100_4033

Don’s feeling a little better today. so we picked up Leslie and headed to the Olive Branch for lunch.

Leah, owner, makes the increasingly popular cake balls, on the right.  Tammy, you will enjoy Leah’s Blog.100_4034

After enjoying a delicious, light lunch, back at the Q, we have a new neighbor: an 80+ year old lady and her daughter and their Dynamax 34.2010 Oct 19 Olive Branch-1

How do you like my $25 Dr. Scholl’s sport sandals with the gellin’ heel pad for only $10?!100_4081

We stayed home tonight, even though we can’t get the game on TV.  We don’t have the dish up and our antennae doesn’t pick up the station the game is on.  We followed the game online and were  very excited that Texas won again.  That’s two wins in the Bronx for the Rangers!!  I think the key to the Ranger’s success is their owner, Nolan Ryan (and group).  The Texas Rangers have been waiting 38 years to even make it to the playoffs and now we’re all experiencing the fun of their success this baseball season.

I will definitely check out Leah's Blog. I wonder if she was inspired by Bakerella? Too bad about the Rangers tonight, huh?
