Day 1: Something you hate about yourself?
My first thought was that I hate being over-weight, but truthfully, what I hate more is that I’ve done nothing about it. So actually, I hate that I’m so weak in the area of self-discipline regarding food and exercise.
Well, that wasn’t fun.
Ok, I may not make it through the 30 days. I’m not sure I wanted to see what I’m seeing and it’s only Day One!
I’m just joking about quitting. I’m going to do this with my forever friend, Snookie. Committed.
