Please give George Smith a big hug for us and tell him we love him.
Today, we received a phone call from the beautiful blonde lady in the picture above, telling us that George, her beloved husband whom she is sitting beside, had a heart attack and is now with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Except when he was in church or inside a restaurant, George usually had on his cap.
We met and fell in love with George and Karen at Sunscape RV Resort in Casa Grande, Arizona and spent the last two winters with them. 
Their home is in Washington even though, at different times in our lives, George and I were both residents of Kaufman County, Texas. He loved ordering and sharing cakes with us from the Collins Street Bakery in Corsicana, Texas.
Please join us in praying for Karen in the coming days. She will need God’s comfort, peace, strength and the love and help of family and friends.
We’ll miss you, George, and praise God, we will see you again one day.
