Fish Hook Barrel Cactus fruit. I call them desert pineapples.
Who said there are no bugs in the Arizona desert valley?
Gambrel Quail male… calling at the top of his lungs.
Remember yesterday when Rose Marie Chapman gave me the pink necklace, bracelet and earrings? Pink is her favorite color. Isn’t it pretty?!!
While Don slept this afternoon, I took pictures and visited Garth and Shari Hall. They were sitting outside when I walked by. It was so good to see them back home.
The antibiotic that Don is taking for the UTI is certainly not being very kind to him. But he’s trying to be a good patient and drink lots of fluids, in spite of having no appetite, having a headache and queasy stomach. Poor guy.
We had so many things planned for this week and it all had to be cancelled. Friend Diane Hibb and granddaughter Kristina are coming here to visit tomorrow because Don doesn’t feel like riding to Phoenix. We want them to come see where we’ve been living this winter anyway.
