And finally, our destination for the next week is in view.looking toward Midway Park on Lake Waco

We were parked and set up by 3:00 PM and Leslie’s really good friend, Nancy, brought Camden and Emma over to us.

However, just as Don was finishing up setting up the Q, he snagged his toe on a cross-tie, tripped, fell and (ouch, ouch, ouch) broke at least one rib.  Did I say ouch?  He’s going to be alright, but he’s pretty mad at himself.

The Grands love coming to the RV campground while we are in Waco and it’s really convenient to their home. Here’s a few pictures of them playing.100_3144 100_3146 100_3147

Since Poppa Doppey isn’t feeling top notch, Khalil brought over hamburgers to grill and we prepared a feast.  Billie, Khalil’s mom, also came over.  It’s so good to have her with us; she looks wonderful!!100_3164

We sure miss Leslie being here, but she’s in Midland working an Arthritis Walkathon and will be back Saturday evening.  We are very grateful to God for her safe trip to Midland and our safety as we traveled to Waco.
