The cooler, dreary days have finally reached the Rio Grande Valley. The temperatures are only in the lower 40’s, but the wind makes it seem cooler. Today, we have had drizzling rain, but the forecast promises warmer temps in a few days.
Finally, the Christmas decorations are coming down.
