We’re grateful for the cooler temperature… Don made chili!! Here’s my handsome husband in the “galley” making chili. Guess you wouldn’t know that’s where he is and what he’s doing if I didn’t tell you. He even put on a long sleeve shirt this morning.
We invited Joel and Linda over to enjoy the chili, chili dogs, and Frito chili pie with us. Joel brought us a loaf of homemade pepper bread. Yum-yum-yum.
I should have taken their picture when they came in the door. Joel, with is new haircut, was wearing a hoodie over his head! And Linda had on a big heavy coat!
After lunch, we played a couple of games of Zilch and enjoyed a good time of fellowship. We are so happy these wonderful friends came to the RGV so we get to spend time with them. They are such an encouragement and blessing to us.
