A great day with friends

We had made prior arrangements to see friends who are currently in San Antonio, so just after 8:00 AM, we were on the way to San Antone.

We met Joyce at the IHOP.  We met Joyce at Quail Run last year and it was wonderful to see her again.  She will be staying in San Antonio through the winter. Afterwards, we did a little shopping at the Wal-Mart close by and then we headed over a few miles to see Nancy and George.  "George, we have company!" They have been completing some SOWERS projects for the International Bible College.  George built these cabinets for them.  That's rods on the right for hanging freshly ironed table clothes. The walls in the auditorium are covered with flags from the nations represented by students that have attended IBC. The foyer is still decorated for Christmas. The admin offices are in this house. A great slogan. George and Nancy after the wonderful lunch that she prepared for us of salad and homemade veggie soup. They will be traveling on to Victoria tomorrow for a few weeks of rest.  We love them so and pray for an awesome 2009 for them.
