My camera arrived yesterday!!! I spent most of last night reading the instructions and playing with it. Love the zoom... 10 pixel, 15x zoom, quick recovery. Uses the same software that we have on the computer. Don ordered it from 
Amazon.com and we got a $50 4GB card for free, plus an extra rechargeable battery. Shipping for the camera was also free! Don ordered a rapid travel charger for the truck and we paid $9 shipping for it... twice what the charger cost. [note to self] Don just thought we needed one more gadget to plug into the truck! (not) I'm sure it will come in handy. Here's the first picture taken with our new camera. Don just loves the flash that he knew was coming (again, not... something about his dislike for seeing spots :-)), but what an excellent picture from across the room using the zoom. Love it!
Many, many, many thanks to our gracious and generous friends who helped us replace our stolen camera with a wonderful upgrade!! We are grateful beyond words.

He actually didn't think I was about to take his picture. He thought I was just playing with the zoom, etc. He was almost sitting in the dark, our other camera would not have had enough flash to get this quality of picture at the distance I was away from him. However.... he's known me long enough to know if I have a camera in my hand, look out! Right, Rick? LOL
