Yesterday was again a fun day with folks dropping in to pick up their checks. If my camera doesn't arrive in time for me to get at least a few pictures of "pay day," I'm going to be upset. They said it would arrive by 11/25. Anyway, we love visiting with folks as they come by. It's really fun when everyone is happy to see you! We've had a few stragglers today, also.
FYI... we made it through the whole day without a "bust" by the local police. They missed a really good cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows.
Don put on a pot roast in the crock pot this morning and the aroma is divine. We're expecting Tom and Kathy for a visit and maybe a little game or two. We're always up for learning a new game. Got a rain check from John & Judy. Too bad there's not a meeting place at this park. The rec center is closed on the weekends. Except today, there's a craft sale going on over there.
Don's watch the Michigan - Ohio State football game. Rick, you be nice to Buddy when you call him. I know you are calling him every time Ohio crosses into Happy Valley. Uh oh... Michigan's knocking on the door!!
Don's feeling a little wrung out today... not much energy.
