We thank You, Lord, for blessings
You give us on our way;
May we for these be grateful,
And praise You every day. —Roworth
For the last two days, Tuesday and Wednesday, I stayed with my two grandkids here as their sitter is away on a weeks vacation. We had fun playing in the pool and taking pictures... of course.
Tuesday, I took just a few pics. Here's Blaine's idea of a photo session. To get good pictures of him, well... let's just say "candid" is the best approach. He's seven and he's a boy... need I say more?Ginger and Lydia playing on the floor.Ginger is growling at Lydia....... Lydia growls back.... Ginger is scared. Can you blame her???Wednesday, Lydia and I had a photo party. My camera was very happy until it discovered it's owner had left the camera card in the laptop back in the 'Q.' Oh, the Agony of Limitation.Smiling Eyes.If you know her mama, you recognize this look.That 'beauty mark' is for real.(No flash in a pink room produces this 'glow') Nonni loves this smile.Time out to do nails.It's amazing the effect of a hot pink room.Lydia's choice. Laughing and being eleven. I love it. (I played with the 'spotlight' effect here... I like it.)It's Ginger's turn. After all, she's a girl, too! We'll be painting her toenails pink, next!
See, guys just don't get into the picture.party.thing at all. Marley just doesn't look as happy as us girls.I told you we had fun! A day together. We are so blessed.
