On our walk today... it was so nice outside... we stopped by to see Shirley and Don Derouso as Shirley just got home from the hospital today. She's doing better and looks good. Everyone calls Don D., "Thumper." He's a funny guy from Wisconsin.
Shirley and Don LOVE to fish and they started telling fish stories, so Don had to show us the picture hung inside their storage shed door. The young man on the left is their grandson and this is the Northern Pike he caught two years ago. Now that's a fish!!!
Another item hanging on their shed. Interesting, huh?
Real boots. Hey, it's Arizona.
Walking back to the Q, I got this picture. We were 'ducked' earlier in the week and I forgot to take a picture. (where was my mind???) This is a fund raiser for the park. When we got 'ducked,' we had to pay $2 to have the ducks removed and $2 more dollars to have someone else 'ducked.' We had Lori and Norm 'ducked.' I think we should have been able to pay $2 more and find out who 'ducked' us. They're missing out on more money in the pot.
Here they are, folks!!! The first blooms of spring. Spring. Sounds strange for the rest of the United States.
