This morning found Mama Trudy feeling a little dizzy. She's had four really good days, so when she got up this morning unsteady on her feet... well, she was a little disappointed. And then we remembered... it's Monday! ~ typically not her best day of the week. Her blood pressure is good, heart rate is a little high and eratic, but also not abnormal for her.
Gillian, Mama's therapist, came at 10:00 and Mama was able to do her exercises. Gillian added another and Mama was a little wobbly with this one and we all got tickled. I pray I have Mama's sense of humor when I'm 90. I finally remembered to take Gillian's picture with Mama and got her permission to post it. We sure like her. After Gillian left, I walked to the dumpster to carry the trash and saw so many pretty flowers, so I went to get my camera. The ladies in this complex are allowed to have their own flowers beds if they choose to and some are gorgeous. Mama has always had rose moss, but she doesn't have any yet here... these are a few doors down. Begonias. This is one of my favorties... such vivid colors of petunias. This is actually the reason I went back for my camera. This hibiscus was gorgeous. These pictures do not do it justice. Another variety of hibiscus. A summer favorite.. sunflowers. A close up of more moss roses. Crepe Myrtle outside Mama's dining room window. Hibiscus is a favorite here and I love all the different colors. A FROG garden! I think it was here that I got the little dog who lives here all riled up. You know me and the FROG: Forever Rely On God It says "Hop On In" Hallelujah, Lucy and Jimmy are back in Branson!! Now Don has someone to talk to. He and Jimmy love to sit out on the site patio and solve all the world's problems tallk. I miss you guys!
Sorry, hon, Mama uses that skillet and won't let me bring it home with me.

LaVon,
Do you mean to tell me you went to the garbage dumpster WITHOUT your camera?
Your sun flowers...I think they are yellow daisies and rose moss, I know that as portulaca.
CAMERA...don't leave home without it!
You're right Snook... too small to be sunflowers.
