Debbie Nelson and I walked again this morning. Boy, the time sure flies when you walk with a new friend.
Don needed to get out today, so we drove the few miles to Campe Verde.
Here’s a few shots along the short distance on a highway we haven’t been on.
We found Campe Verde and since it was only about 11:30, we drove down the road for a little bit. Saw this. The Cypress trees line this creek for a long way.
We were not sure what to expect at the Camp Verde General Store, but we were pleasantly surprised.
Lots of artwork on the walls and wares on the shelves. 
Once again, I got a surprise when I upload my pictures from the camera. My focus was the walls and all the things that was on the shelves, but notice the two couples at the table on the right. Yes, they are holding hands, thanking God for their meal with bowed heads. Does my heart so much good. I am so thrilled that I got this picture.
Don was just as interested in everything in the cafe.

After the delicious meal which only cost $11.00+a few cents!!! we “toured” the outside dining patio. 
I’m not sure why, but the camel is the Camp Verde General Store “mascot.” 
On the front to the right of the front door, there is a screened in dining area.

Some of the farms and ranches here are so pretty and clean looking.
