Waco to Angels Camp, Powderly, Texas

Rain came during the night and cooled the temps.  100_1965

With the grass and trees as green as they are here, it’s hard to realize how much damage is being done by the fires in north Texas.100_1967

In east Texas, I finally saw bluebonnets! 100_1981100_1980

We stayed at the Angels Camp RV Park in Powderly.  When we arrived, it was spitting rain and the wind was very cool.  The owner said we missed a big hail storm last night, so we were doubly thankful that we stayed in Waco last night.

We so thankful for another day of safety provided by our Heavenly Father.

We’ve been in contact with NoPo and LoPo and are thinking we will connect tomorrow as they are traveling from Arizona on their way home.  Looks like maybe we will see them tomorrow.

Well, this is Easter Sunday and I finally got to your blog. Don't know if it is raining where you are but I think we are having a record rainfall here. I have a couple pics in my blog and will have another one for today (tomorrow)
