Eagle Guarding Nest!

God is so good!  We haven’t seen the chicks yet, but we did see one of the eagles guarding the nest on the nest.100_2122

Upon research, on website says:  A young eagle is called an eaglet or fledgling.

Another website says:

Discovery #7:  What are baby bald eagles called?

  • 0-4 months:  eaglet
  • 4-6 months:  fledgling
  • 7 months:  immature

And I learned that the eaglets do not have a white head.  White head and tail feather develop as they mature.100_2124
