Last October when we were at Angels Camp for a couple of days, we always saw this man riding his horse every morning. He’s still riding, rain or shine.
If the rain slicker on the cowboy above doesn’t give you a clue, maybe the water on the windshield will. It’s raining.
Texas has Bluebonnets, Oklahoma has Indian Paint Brushes and little yellow flowers…. lots of little yellow wildflowers.
We sure are enjoying seeing all the green grass and trees.
Now we are getting into the deep hills of eastern Oklahoma.
Eastern Oklahoma has not escaped the forest fires.
Peaceful scene of cows grazing on a hillside.
Not the muddy river, but a muddy river.
Wonderful, dear, sweet friends, Norm and Lori Post, affectionately nicknamed by me: NoPo and LoPo. We connected as they are traveling from Arizona to their home in Michigan. They’re staying the night in Claremore at the KOA, so we drove out, we went to dinner in Claremore at the Rib Crib, drove back their 5er, played a couple of hands of the “stupid game,” and laughed and laughed and had a wonderful time.
Don and I, taken by LoPo. Egads… no make-up.
Oh how I love this kid. A sweeter spirit you will not find.
It’s been such a blessed day. Safe travels and seeing friends once again. We have so much to be thankful for.

Nothing like the "stupid game" for some laughs, gives you time to talk etc...
What a wonderful and blessed time we shared with you. I am still laughing about our double duty toilet. Looking forward to when our paths will cross again. Love you.
LoPo, I just don't know how to tell that story and do it justice. The funniest part was NoPo saying,"It doubles as our shower," in his matter-of-fact sort of way. After the toilet had sprayed out on the floor for me because of the air in the line, it just struck me so funny and then NoPo got tickled ... situational, but worth a really good dose of laughter. I still laugh, too!
NoPo and I are laughing at your comments about our second shower, who would have thought, a 5th Wheel with 2 showers :>), brings tears (of laughter) to our eyes.
