Coconut Oil

I did a little more research and learned that there is, of course, a difference between oil and virgin oil.  Upon further research, I learned that virgin oil is a little more expensive, but much more desirable for optimum health benefits.

We found Nutriva brand 100% organic virgin coconut oil at a local health food store.  It’s more expensive than ordering it from Swanson Health Products, including the $4.99 for shipping.  Will order our next supply of VCO.

I will use the LouAna brand for cooking until it’s gone.
