It was good to be back at Woodland Hills Baptist Church this morning with our friends Walt and Dianna. Wonderful music and message.
After church, we were invited to Walt and Dianna’s for lunch.
On the way, I got a chance, at a stop sign, to take a picture of the vetch growing all along the highway. This is a plant I remember from my childhood. The cows loved to graze in this.
As we turned into Walt and Dianna’s driveway, I saw this beautiful paint in the pasture behind their house.
I finally made it into the house and the delicious pork roast lunch. After lunch, Walt showed us his new trike. Look out!!!
So many buttons and gadgets. See the speakers? Great sound. Walt & Dianna have helmets with mic and headsets so they can talk to each other while riding. She rides in that comfy seat behind Walt.
Dianna’s honeysuckle vine is loaded with fragrant flowers.
Back at the park, we met Dick and Cathy this afternoon. Very interesting couple who are new to RVing and also, full-time RVing. Retired, parents to one adult son and one adult daughter. We stood outside (neither of us have gotten our chairs out) and visited for about and hour as we watched the storm clouds pass to the north of us. Oklahoma City had the hail storm to rival it’s worst in history. Wow!
Sandwiches for supper.
