Much prayer needed

Our enemy, the devil, is never happy about God being glorified through our lives and the ministries that God has entrusted us with.  Hence, CRM's extended families are being attacked.  We need and appreciate your prayers at this time for several members of our families.  We want to always keep our eyes and our focus on Jesus Christ, so we are praising God for His care and for the defeat of the enemy in all our lives.

Grandson, Taylor, 13, ended his football playing for this year by breaking his arm, both bones, last Monday night. (Here's Taylor last December with mom, Stephanie.)Steph & TaylorHe's diabetic and the trauma really played havoc with his blood sugar, but he is home from the hospital and his blood sugar is once again under control.  Thank you for your prayers to Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals, that Taylor's bones will heal correctly and surgery will not be required.  Also, that he will be able to do his school work and not get discouraged.

Also, grandson Blaine, 6, is starting school with a cast on his arm... due to come off Sept. 2nd.  Blaine's dad, Mike, will be having shoulder surgery on that day, as well.  We invite your prayers for the Price family, also.

As we prepare to go to Coffeyville, Kansas and the Amazon.com workampers chaplaincy, we need your prayers to El Shaddai, our all-sufficient almighty God for wisdom, guidance, strength and energy.  Pray that God will keep the enemy from us and that He will enable and empower us to serve there.  We are amazed and thrilled at the doors God is opening.  In Coffeyville, I will be helping Mark at Express Employment Professionals, taking care of workampers' mail and other odd jobs, M-F, 8-5.  We can't wait to get there and meet new people.

Don and I will be going through Chaplaincy Training Sept.17, 19, 22, 23 & 24... 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.  It's a refresher course for Don and an initial course for me.

Bible Study was good last night.  We had a pot luck under the pavilion before the study, because it was raining and had rained all day... nice slow rain.  So nice.  We all put on our long pants. As you probably guess, the name of God that we studied was El Shaddai.

Ray and Linda Poyer moved over to Oak Grove where we are, yesterday.  We love having them here and love that they will be going to Coffeyville, also.  Rudy Dee and Shelby Lynn are happy to be here, too.  That's Rudy on the right.100_7696 Shelby Lynn is always moving.  She finally laid down, but was moving her head, so excuse the blur.  They're so pretty.100_7698

We were also tickled to see Yvonne and Dan again.  They're back in the park.  Met them last summer here and Yvonne and I worked together in the office.  That Yvonne in the red. 100_7701 She also worked with Joyce Cooley while Joyce was at Admiralty RV Park in San Antonio.  We're hoping Joyce will come through Branson before we leave. Also, Sharon and Kerry Layton will be in Branson around the 26th of September.  This is wonderful to meet back up with friends we met at Quail Run, Arizona City, Arizona!

Lots going on in our world.  God is so good and it's awesome being in His service.  Thank you again for your prayers and financial support.

It's raining again!
