Breakfast, as usual, at KOA - still the best breakfast in town. One reason why is Ron. Here he is cooking my pancakes this morning. They were light and fluffy, Ron, just like they always are. Thank you!
There's a Morning Glory plant in the KOA campground, blooming in all it's splendor, reminding me of the house I had in Noble, Oklahoma and the Morning Glories that Mama Trudy planted. They were always covered in beautiful blooms.
Speaking of Mama Trudy, I talked to her again today and she and my brother, Jon, were in Jackson, Tennessee, on their way to Jon's home in Georgia. They're traveling in Mama's pickup truck and she seemed to be making the trip well as long as they stop every few hours to allow her to stretch her legs. Otherwise, she loves traveling and seeing the country.
Tonight, we met Linda & Ray at the Branson Belle Showboat and had a wonderful double-date night.
Sunset was beautiful from the Belle across Table Rock Lake. I took 13 pictures. Here's the first and the last one.
Don is happiest on water and it was a beautiful night.
We all had a good time and we're enjoying so much Linda and Ray being here. (Ray made homemade chili and brought us a big bowl full for tomorrow... can't wait to dig into it!)
