Today, our granddaughter, Emma, is eight years old. Tonight, she enjoyed the high school football game with her brother and other fans and friends. That’s our Emma in the blue with her arm around her brother, Camden. Happy Birthday, Emma!
Number Three was resting by a tree near the Q this morning, so I couldn’t resist taking pictures.
With the zoom lens, I got pretty close, but when I tried to get closer, #3 changed locations, quickly. Boy, is he quick!
Mama doe was in this herd, so no fear that she won’t find #3.
While sitting out reading, a fur friend kept distracting me from my studying.
There goes Mr. Cliff with Chance.
Uh oh, fur friend is watching Chance. Be still, be very, very still.
Ok, dog is gone, so fur friend scampered to the end of a brand and jumped/flew to a branch on the next tree, looking for his playmate. Every morning they play, chasing each other around and around and up and down the trees and from tree to tree.
Today, our new toilet replace our old broken toilet. Look how tall that stool is!! We love it and we love that it works!! Repairman isn’t quite finished. Will be back next week to attach the sprayer again. The sprayer is great for cleaning the toilet. (In case you wondered.)
It was kind of an uneventful Friday, but we don’t mind. Don always gets out and visits with someone every day, usually in the morning while it’s not quite so hot; that’s when folks are outside.
