Skinny Overnight Oats

Delicious and easy breakfast, so good it's hard to believe it is good for you. I'm sure you could add any fruit of your choice.

1/4 cup oats (old-fashioned or steel cut)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 medium banana, sliced (freeze the rest for smoothies)
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds (full of omega 3, protein, and fiber)
1/2 cup blueberries
pinch of cinnamon
stevia, to taste
1 tablespoon chopped pecans (or any nuts or granola), optional


Place all the ingredients in a jar, shake REALLY well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning add your favorite crunchy toppings such as nuts, granola, etc.

I use a pint canning jar with lid.
