Mr. Phil Pray, owner of Mid-Valley RV Repair, came out today to get all the information he needs to make an estimate on repairing the Q.
Mr. Pray found our water leak! Or where the rain is leaking in. Fleetwood quality control fell down on their job. There is absolutely no caulking around the top of the door frame of a storage compartment in the bedroom slideout. None. He will fix that.

Glad the fix was simple... quality control I think is almost non existent at those factories.
