Today was Rick and Wendy's 36th anniversary! They invited us to go to lunch with them to celebrate. We went to BJ's in Norman and enjoyed a great lunch. Wendy and I ate light... salads... so we could eat dessert guilt free... well, almost guilt free. As guilt free as a big, hot cookie in a skillet with a double dip of vanilla ice cream on top can be be. D.e.c.a.d.e.n.t. Just next door to BJ's there is construction going on. As I explained to Rick and Wendy, this construction begin shortly after I moved to Norman, Oklahoma and now it seems it might actually be completed sometime during the next decade. Our guess is some sort of eating establishment, but there are no signs to indicate that for sure. Chili's is on the other side.
After lunch, we went over to Mama Trudy's to visit for a while. She needed a few things from Wal-Mart and a prescription filled so, we did that for her. Did you know that the eye drops for before and after cataract surgery is over $200... that's two hundred dollars? R.i.d.i.c.u.l.o.u.s
In order to report on tonight's card game with Rick and Wendy in good conscience, I have to report on last night's game. The guys beat the girls 3 - 0. Ouch! However, tonight, the girls won 2-0 and the first game was a total skunkin'!! S.w.w.w.e.e.e.e.t.
I took pictures today and now I can't get the pictures downloaded to the computer from the camera. I.r.r.i.t.a.t.i.n.g

Sounds like we are all having irritating problems! Hopefully someday we can laugh at our frustrations!
