Ouch.

I went to the gym today!  With Sally and Dennis … gym is at the First Baptist Church, Branson.  I walked 1.2 miles and did a few machines, sit ups, bicycle.  Ouch.

Don prepared dinner for Joel and Linda tonight… his famous Rio Grande Pot Roast, a beautiful salad, green beans and I made mashed potatoes.  It was so good. After dinner, we enjoyed a couple of games of Zilch. Linda and Don were the champs tonight.  We always have such a good time with Joel and Linda.

It’s late. I’m tired.  Getting up early again in the morning to go to the gym.  Again.  If you happen to think about it, say a prayer for me tomorrow.
