I’m pretty intentional about being healthy.  That’s why I take Body Rescue Alkaline Booster pH Protector Drops in my water to keep my pH highly alkaline as most diseases and viruses cannot live in an alkaline environment.

And it is cheap!!!  I got the pH testing strips, too. A reading between 6.5 and 7.5 is good.
