Don received an email from good friend, Wayne, with pictures of their new granddaughter, Savannah Grace, who was born on October 30th! There's just nothing more precious than a sleeping baby.
This past week, adoption papers were finalized and parents, Wendy (Wayne & Laura's daughter) and Chad are now officially "Mom" and "Dad" of Savannah, after many years of waiting and praying for a baby.
Congratulations to all... mommy, daddy, grandaddy and grandmama. We know you will cherish every moment with her. Have fun!!!
Thank you, Father, for bringing this precious baby girl to Wendy and Chad. May she grow up learning about and loving Jesus Christ... to give her heart and life to You at an early age. Shower Wendy & Chad with wisdom, grace, patience and all things needed to care for Savannah. In Jesus Name. Amen.
